      - There are opportunities for those who seek them. - KONE stresses innovation in an otherwise staid industry. - The pay is pretty good considering what is expected.

      Cons

      - The basic organizational silos of the company do not work well together. - Inefficiencies abound throughout the company. - Management does not adequately consider the realities of the field side of the company when looking for cost savings and often implements restrictive centralized processes that limit flexibility and lead to sub-optimal results.

      Pros

      The benefits were great although expensive. Lots of flexibility with your schedule for appointments. 2 days in office 3 days work from home. Good PTO and 401k was great.

      Cons

      There are a lot of great reasons to work for Kone but overall the environment isn't great. Management has their favorites so the employees that aren't within that circle are treated poorly to the point of quitting.
