terrible hours management took away employee holiday's agents have told me they cry whenever they have to call off due to how management treats them management doesn't allow a schedule change unless someone quits or dies management recently started cutting US agents hours while hiring agents from mexico terrible turnover rate lots of nepotism both in KC3 and throughout Kone

Pros

The benefits were great although expensive. Lots of flexibility with your schedule for appointments. 2 days in office 3 days work from home. Good PTO and 401k was great.

Cons

There are a lot of great reasons to work for Kone but overall the environment isn't great. Management has their favorites so the employees that aren't within that circle are treated poorly to the point of quitting.
