None that I am aware of, but KPIT will flaunt that this organization has pros even.
Cons
If you have a choice between death and KPIT, choose death. Spending nil on an employee in all those years, and paying for these articles "how kpit keeps engineers loyal in indias job hopping tech sector" instead is not going to help hiding the truths. Buying a lot more companies throughout the year and opening new offices in foreign lands and at the end of year saying no increments just tells that "Manager buying Mercedes does helps the employees working under him/her." Reporting profits in each quarter and not helping people who helped you gain that is a shame, giving a different grade and justifying you haven't worked all year is a lie, a myth and really a bad impression on your employees, hiring freshers and firing them in a year or 2, will show how proud are you with your employees.
