Hires freshers and acts as the finishing school.
Cons
Too much bureaucracy. Work is recognized less compared to relationship with managers. Most Top bosses (Especially in the Global Business Support wing) don't come from a support background. Whoever does, isn't competent enough to run the system in a clean way.
