Pros
KPIT provides an attractive salary and a better job-role very early . There is a open culture and all level of people can be reached with relative ease.So if you wish to get interesting roles early in your career and if you wish be heard this is the right company for you.
Cons
Opportunities beyond automotive are not that great. Works mostly on staff-augmentation mode for established clients.
