      Nothing. You should know how to follow Pune kpit useless captains.

      Learn Marathi , follow useless managers from Pune then you will grow in this company. Some people from Pune group just behave with you like ur there slaves. Highly experienced, techie guys have to bend there head in front of Pune clad or group . Overall it’s pune Marathi company. If you complain about manager you will be humiliated badly with in next 6 months.
