      Very Good for starters.Trainees can learn a lot. (As trainees are the only ones who work )

      Cons

      You cannot grow after first two years unless you are a favorite of you Manager. You will be promised a Variable pay.The variable Pay will be included in your CTC. Company will never give away 100% of the Variable Pay incentive.
