Pros
I am working here for more than 3 years now. Freshers are recruited in good amount. People are shifted from one domain to another without any back ground, hence good learning opportunities. Good location, and flexible about work from home. Infrastructure is comfortable. Ample parking space
Cons
Mgmt behaves like a government office, they are stuck to their perceptions like seniority , face value etc. No potential is appriciated. Everybody gets bugged up after 1.5 years. They sign bonds with freshers and then you wont grow during that period. Lot of processes for work but no transperent process for promotion or hikes. Person wise benifits changes. Performance is percieved instead of appraised.
