      They are not very aggressive..sometimes your concerns get heard.Salary may be good if negotiated properly.

      Cons

      There is a small room for flexibilty as their clients & projects are limited.Salary growth won't be that great.Also project change/flexibility will not be that much.Onsite opportunities are not many & only a few selected get them.
