      Very good as a kick off company and have a great opportunity to learn. Co operative people at certain level. Good team and mind set at lower level.

      Cons

      Sometimes is not very entertaining and goes off limits when you start to look something else. Of course salary is not up to market standards. It has very less onsite opportunities for developers working in perl, java etc as this basically automotive based
