1. Solution Architects, Senior Solution Architects & Principle solution architects are best with best when called as Architects, Senior Architects & Principle Architects because they lack solutions 2. Both Employer and Employee contribution for EPF is paid by the employee. Employer contribution is part of your CTC (Cost to Company) and company is not paying any amount for the welfare of the employee. 3. Organization considers Saturday and Sunday working is part of project requirement and employee ends up working 80% of weekends in any project. 4. Employee has committed suicide due to work pressure in the organization and company was least bothered to pay compensation to the family. 5. 3 quarters, company performance will be good and in 4th quarter when appraisals are to be given, the company performance will go low 6. Sales team give false hopes to clients about the technical skills of the company and the work force. 7. Knowledge in automotive domain is very low and most of the customers are dissatisfied and never turns up. 8. Very greedy management with aggressive business expansion dreams at the cost of employee’s personal life. Employee welfare is the least priority in the organization 9. Too much of politics between the higher grade managers to establish their supremacy. 10. No mails from management can be seen without the statement “Need to be one billion dollar organization”. 11. No work balance life of Employee. Employee will be called in mid nights for taking project status. Leaving office at right time is a crime. 12. HR, Finance and other non-revenue departments are pathetic. Without escalations, mail chains and follow-up, none of your requests are processed by these departments. 13. Compared to market standards, KPIT pays very low salary. 14. Company canteen is so expensive that you end up paying 40% of your salary for food. 15. No free coffee/tea. Even stationary materials are provided at a specific time for which employees needs to line up in front of the stationary room signing multiple registers. 16. For a mid-size organization like KPIT, printer provided is the one used in homes. For printing papers, employee needs to line up in front of reception. No scanner provided. 17. All your belongings like jackets, water bottles, any personal belongings are at employee’s risk. Company will not entertain any complaints when someone stoles it. 18. Overnight, hierarchy is created in the organization and no proper/ defined organization structure. 19. Transfers employees among different cities without employees consent and demands to move in a week period. HR threatens employees of losing jobs in case of unwillingness.
