      Flexible work hours. Climate of Pune.

      Cons

      Medium sized company. KPA & KRA of employees are not defined clearly. Company doesnt have a formal structure. No structured program for MBA. Doesnt like to spend much on training and development. No offence intended but marathi is more common than english inside the workplace.
