Minimal supervision (i.e. given a "long-leash"), competitive salary, decent benefits in US, good work-life balance
Cons
Convoluted internal processes, layers of offshore bureaucracy, no clear org chart, lack of ownership/accountability in support organizations, inability to secure key H1B resources and SMEs (as they often don't exist), onshore support often left to "swing in the wind" with an upset customer due to these reasons
