As a start of career, it is the best place to develop your skills, as organization provides good opportunities of training and development. Along with that mentorship helps you to grow further after this training plans. For the new employee the seniors in the teams plays a supportive role which help a fresher to get the thing and work comfortably
Cons
Not major cons but i think that some project or domain specific tools should be provided during training so that it will be the better understanding to use it during projects
