      Decent company, but poor pay and tricky bonuses - Audit Manager KPMG Employee Review

      Pros

      A fine company to work for. You need to have a voice otherwise you will not get the opportunities required to progress.

      Cons

      General salary is very poor compared to industry. You are given progression bonuses but these should be called 'retention' bonuses instead. If you leave within a 2 year period of leaving, you are required to pay it back so beware!

      Pros

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
