Pros
Correct mix of professional and leadership team in the senior management team makes it a very satisfying work place. The client's profile are great, you got to work with the best professional teams. Its a great experience and good learning place.
Cons
The high performing culture sometimes take a toll on your work life balance, however if managed efficiently this can be handled better. There's not much downside i can think of having worked in other Big 4 as well, i feel the culture is much better here.
