-KPMG conducts massive internal training every year, a great place to learn accounting regulations and related areas -Massive opportunities to work/engaged in almost any industry -Very diverse companies, with employees from multi cultural background
Cons
-Lesser compensation and benefits especially from senior level above compare to the other level in the same industry -Long hours and poor work life balance, but I guess thats common for public accounting offices
