      1. Supportive community - training, general well being 2. Challenging working environment 3. Meet like minded people 4. Depending on who you talk to, management can help in your career progress 5. Helps develop your soft skills (project management, team management, communication, time management)

      Cons

      1. Not a place for work life balance 2. A bit lonely if you don't have friends 3. Grading is highly judgemental (bias) 4. Not a lot of big name jobs 5. Leave if you ever screw up

      Pros

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
