      Pros

      1) Your colleagues are great people, many of which become your friends both in and outside of the workplace. 2) EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE 3) Excellent Benefits 4) Great vacation (even though you never really use it all)

      Cons

      1) There are times certain individuals will be promoted over others (who are more deserving) which makes you question the whole process. 2) "Work Life Balance" is what you make of it. For some it exists, for others it doesn't. 3) The performance review process is confusing at best. 4) Getting on big clients at times require more than just being great at what you do.

      Good learning environment, the teams help support your development when you're new, and they take you under their wing to succeed in your role.

      Cons

      It is a grind, work-life balance can become nonexistent, and it can be draining.

      Pros

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
