      Pros

      - The salary and benefits are solid. Not amazing with low bonuses, but steady and you can expect steady raises as you get promoted. - Network is fantastic internally and for the accounting/consulting industry. Less so for tech-minded - Vast resources for tools and training, blowout company events like Lake House training and Holiday events

      Cons

      -Data literacy and capabilities is well behind the times, especially in certain silos. -Limited in early career data roles. Overall, I would not call it a mature data company. They are trying, but the adoption seems to be moving slowly. -Too much focus at individual level on utilization rates

      Pros

      Pros may vary depending on your manager and team. Unfortunately, my experience was consistently negative, and moving on to another opportunity was the right decision for me.

      Cons

      Extremely challenging and one of the most difficult professional experiences I have had. My experience was heavily influenced by leadership, communication, and workplace culture. I experienced communication that felt personal rather than constructive, and after raising concerns through the appropriate channels, I did not observe meaningful follow-up. I believe managers should be selected not only for technical expertise but also for leadership ability, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness. Compensation also felt below market for the responsibilities expected.
