      - Plenty of opportunities to dig into technical accounting guidance - Larger focus on training recently, with a new state-of-the-art training facility being built in Orlando, FL - Get to work with highly talented people

      Cons

      - Overworked and underpaid, even when working in specialized roles outside of audit or to further develop the audit practice - Very poor company culture - Lots of office politics - Tons of “red tape” required to complete an audit, which puts undue work onto its clients

      Pros

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
