      Pros

      The company has great benefits and work life balance.

      Cons

      The company struggles to have a good ratio for minorities and women to be in leadership roles other than token positions. On paper the company portrays an effort to show its efforts to support diversity and transparency to promote minorities, but in reality it just does not exist. There are successful people in leadership roles who undermine the company's efforts to actually promote diversity.

      Pros

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
