Pros
1. Great working environment (open door policy with high leadership) 2. Outstanding DEI (business resource groups) and their multiple diversity and inclusion activities. 3. Professional trainings are exceptional, and designing it according to your career path. 4. Great and knowledgeable co-workers and great work/life balance (Note: Depends on the engagement/team you are working as each engagement and teams within the engagement can be different).
Cons
1. Work/Life if you are with a team that is not good engagement team due to expecting unnecessary overtime when it’s not necessarily and keep you almost doing nothing. 2. Unprofessional staff members (seniors and managers) who are unable to be resourceful, throw you under bus to look good by any means and management rewards them for inefficiencies. 3. Setting unrealistic expectations to members on areas that are obvious that we can’t finish on that time. 4. Management doesn’t really understand or demonstrated not caring of their anti-retaliation policy and are unable to handle conflict resolutions between members of engagement teams.
