      Pros

      - Great KPMG culture. Lots of opportunities to move around, manaers promote philanthropy as well as work life baclance and flexibility.

      Cons

      - Working in advisory, your job will depend heavily on the client you are assigned to. You must adopt to their culture which may or may not be what you signed up for. - You will likely not know your performance manager at all, and they will have to get feedback from others to write your reviews.

      Pros

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
