Pros

You can work from home, but you’ll be constantly pressured to come in by management even if corporate is encouraging people to stay at home.

Cons

Leadership has no time to train, so you’re always out of the loop. And being constantly told that you’re not being efficient enough because the managers are working more hours than you even if you’re working 50 hour weeks. There’s no work life balance. You’re constantly working 50-60 hour weeks. Continuously understaffed. Benefits suck.

Pros

Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

Cons

They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
