Pros
-Exposure to various industries, clients, businesses, etc. right from the start -You'll learn a ton about general business processes -You will have access to a lot of great training programs -The senior management/partners in the Seattle office are VERY intelligent, and for the most part, extremely friendly and fun to be around -The name alone (KPMG) will get you many interviews if you choose to leave the firm
Cons
-Needless to say (for public accounting) you'll work a ton of hours -Their processes are extremely standardized, so you might often find yourself feeling like you're just checking boxes -You have basically no say in what clients/teams you will be on -The review process feels cold and feedback from managers after the fact doesn't seem very helpful
