Pros

KPMG employs one of the best people on the finance industry where you can meet inspiring and driven people. They have good work ethics and the people they recruit are very heartful and welcoming. They pay for all your meals and taxi bills. Something I appreciate since it is rare among korean firms

Cons

The management pushes teams to work too hard, working over 2 am is typical. Taking care of your own health is your own responsibility. nobody hardly skips work on weekends especially if you are working on an offshore project. Salary rates are fixed, and there is no room for discussion. (Although they want to hear what you don't like about the company) Self studying is encouraged but employees are hardly given the opporutnities to use their 15- day holidays a year.

Pros

Good learning environment, the teams help support your development when you're new, and they take you under their wing to succeed in your role.

Cons

It is a grind, work-life balance can become nonexistent, and it can be draining.

Pros

Solid salary, decent flexibility, very good work life balance in the summer, unlimited PTO as long as you hit your utilization targets. Fantastic culture in my office. Encouraged to take time away.

Cons

Busy season expectations- but could be like that anywhere! Workaholic culture, etc. most training is outsourced to sucky online programs instead of mentorship or setting aside time for experienced team members to coach.
