Pros

Good development perspectives, friendly work environment, a good way to improve accounting knowledge and commercial skills, good working conditions and faciliaties

Cons

In France, the pay scale for the first two years depend on the uni you come from, but salaries are levelled when reaching Senior grade. Salary is decent but compared to the time spent working it may appear unsatisfactory

Pros

Solid salary, decent flexibility, very good work life balance in the summer, unlimited PTO as long as you hit your utilization targets. Fantastic culture in my office. Encouraged to take time away.

Cons

Busy season expectations- but could be like that anywhere! Workaholic culture, etc. most training is outsourced to sucky online programs instead of mentorship or setting aside time for experienced team members to coach.
