Thank you for calling out the pros of working at KVC, but we are disappointed to hear we missed the mark in the other areas you listed. We have been working on supporting employees and creating a great place to work. We have reduced to our turnover to less than 27% which is excellent within child welfare. If you are looking for a new position in the future, please keep KVC in mind. You may find that there are even more pros now.
