Pros
Your supervisors really place a strong emphasis on separating your work life form your personal life and really care about you taking your time off when you need it. If you have to travel (especially when you first start for your training) if you live a certain distance away you are reimbursed for your mileage and sometimes get a company car if needed. You are given a phone and laptop on your first day of training in order to help separate your work from your personal life. When your supervisors tell you to not answer the phone after you're off the clock (unless you're on call) they mean it! You get to really know the people you are working with and they're the people who can make or break your day and I've always had my day made with them around. Really a family type of atmosphere
Cons
The training isn't specified to a single position. Your position may be an Administrative Assistant, but you're also trained alongside therapists and home finders
