Pros

You get a check and benefits are offered day 1.

Cons

Nothkng is confidential everyone gossips and everyone knows your business. Upper management does not care about employees only money, employees they play like pawns. They lie to you about expectations while highly expecting you to meet expectations. Human resources does not protect employees even if the situation is detrimental to employees and in violation of work place conduct. Work environment is toxic and favoritism is throught out the entire office. They don't treat all races fairly. Out of all the races African Americans are treated very poorly and discriminated against. Managers are allowed to treat people unethical and upper management supports them because of race or seniority. Management expects you to work outside the hours and scope of work you were hired for. Too many cons to continue!

Pros

Pay was decent but I soon found out why

Cons

Not enough training staff. My trainer left in the middle of my training. Focus on promotion in middle management and location acquisition rather than stability and establishing processes and locations that function the same across each location. There aren’t current SOP’s for established processes which means training new hires is stunted. The CEO makes decisions and has staff jumping through hoops to try to align processes with his decisions. Proper planning is non existent. Management does not respect staff and tends to overload current staff leading to burnout and a revolving door. If they want their staff to care properly for their patients, they should care properly for their staff. The business is run like a startup even though it’s been around long enough to have processes of an established company. If you are an employee who has insurance through this company and also a patient, the insurance company routinely denies therapy for employees.
