Pros

Some very dedicated and good skills trainers.

Cons

Lack of quality leadership. Quality of care for the youth and young adults has diminished in the Grants Pass programs. Is hard to know what the mission really is anymore.

Great team and wonderful team approach. Managment was always open to hearing staff and implement new ideas offered by staff.

Cons

Pay wasn't the best, it is a non-profit organization so understandable in current times.
