Amazing company with amazing values. The people working for this company are the best people you will meet in your life. Everyone is caring and compassionate. The management truly cares about every employee and every client. There is a great amount of buy-in from every employee which makes this job feel like working with a family.
Cons
Often very stressful work environment. Depending on the facility it could be considered highly stressful. The hours are often difficult and work-life balance can be difficult to manage at times. Management seems slightly disorganized at times resulting in inconsistent expectations. The pay and benefits are average for this field which is low for the level of experience and education required by state law.
