      Free lunches, fairly laid-back environment, fun coworkers.

      Cons

      When it comes down to it, sales is all they care about and they will treat employees accordingly. Did not feel appreciated here at all. They will pay you as little as they can to do as much work as possible.

      Great culture, great management, first time I have had a job I didn't dread going into everyday.

      Cons

      Pay raises are not as consistent as you would hope. Have to fight for any pay raise.

      Pros

      For the most part this is a one stop shop in IT. So expect to be conducting duties outside Service Desk, which is great as there is a lot of things to learn.

      Cons

      Due to it being a onestop shop there are limited opportunities for growth within the company if any,. Be ready for management to say "Do Better" several times.
