Contact centre the manager was great, team was big, the pay was not bad but benefits were good

Cons

No HR There are lots of gossips A huge turn over all around

Pros

Great culture, great management, first time I have had a job I didn't dread going into everyday.

Cons

Pay raises are not as consistent as you would hope. Have to fight for any pay raise.

Pros

For the most part this is a one stop shop in IT. So expect to be conducting duties outside Service Desk, which is great as there is a lot of things to learn.

Cons

Due to it being a onestop shop there are limited opportunities for growth within the company if any,. Be ready for management to say "Do Better" several times.
