      Good work environment with friendly coworkers. Free to work on your personal vehicles.

      Cons

      Owners of the automotive group Kaizen are always focusing on profit margins and screwing the employees out of hours/$$. Showing little to no appreciation for technicians who have worked in the company for 10-20+ years.

      Great culture, great management, first time I have had a job I didn't dread going into everyday.

      Cons

      Pay raises are not as consistent as you would hope. Have to fight for any pay raise.

      Pros

      For the most part this is a one stop shop in IT. So expect to be conducting duties outside Service Desk, which is great as there is a lot of things to learn.

      Cons

      Due to it being a onestop shop there are limited opportunities for growth within the company if any,. Be ready for management to say "Do Better" several times.
