Pros
The people who do the day to day work at Kalibrate are generally fantastic and make it a workable company. Without these there would be no redeeming features. Pay and benefits are acceptable.
Cons
The entire executive management layer is fundamentally flawed, have no real vision, and are prone to a game of musical chairs approximately every 12 months, whereby an old face is put in a new position to no useful effect. The CEO in particular is beyond poor. Every few months there are a set of redundancies making it a very unhappy and uncertain place to work. There is no future vision, and no know how within the exec team to be able to implement one successfully. The company is crippled by its attitude to clients of they must do whatever is necessary to retain or attract a new client, whether its at detriment to the company or not. An intelligent management layer would realise that clients which cost the company money are not worth having.
