It all starts at the top, the CEO of this company has a history of bankrupting companies, in addition, in my opinion he has no professional integrity. The benefits at KSS at terrible and got worse in the years I was there. If you are desperate enough to consider a job at KSS be wise enough to get your comp plan, including payment terms and benefits, in writing prior to accepting a position.

Forever changing, and communications from the top-down are slow and unorganized. Recently underwent some restructuring that has caused a lot of confusion around roles and responsibilities for most. No career growth here.
