None really, working here isn't great and won't recommend it

Not treated fair They lie and keep changing what they say Allow different things for different employees. Will say no to 1 person and then yes to another for the exact same thing. Discrimination No empathy Not flexible No bonuses Management doesn't care about staff They think having parties and socials make up for the bad stuff. They don't work on retaining staff, they will rather let the staff go. High staff turnover

Forever changing, and communications from the top-down are slow and unorganized. Recently underwent some restructuring that has caused a lot of confusion around roles and responsibilities for most. No career growth here.
