1. Gatekeeping of data by other employees 2. Laidback attitude of employees in all departments 3. Late salary, second week of the month 4. Mess worse than my college mess, below par food and they charge 500 for this food from your salary. ( Dont believe the mess shown on social media, its only for AVP and above )

Pros

Great coworkers. HR was actually approachable. Always something to do, flexible hours, and personally I was not micromanaged and trusted to make decisions. I was very lucky to have a knowledgeable yet entertaining boss.

Cons

Upper management does micromanage and does not seem to be aware of what is truly important running a profitable business. A large language barrier that can make others feel out of the loop. Secrecy of information that needs to be communicated. Compensation did not match the workload. Business decisions were not planned, but rather changed on a daily basis. Not focused on long term.
