its newly established comapny to cater the demand of power sector in India. It will manufacture power sector equipments, which will be the first indegenous comapny. it is JV of Bharat Forge Limited ( a major player in Auto Ancillary sector in world) and NTPC Limited the Maharatna PSU of Govt. of India.

Cons

Being new project a slight risk is involved (which will be in extraordinary circustances only). currenlty the power sector is very slow

Great coworkers. HR was actually approachable. Always something to do, flexible hours, and personally I was not micromanaged and trusted to make decisions. I was very lucky to have a knowledgeable yet entertaining boss.

Cons

Upper management does micromanage and does not seem to be aware of what is truly important running a profitable business. A large language barrier that can make others feel out of the loop. Secrecy of information that needs to be communicated. Compensation did not match the workload. Business decisions were not planned, but rather changed on a daily basis. Not focused on long term.
