Apart from its main automotive business, All its businesses are dependent heavily on a single man, resulting in more than 100 presidents working inside. Lack of understanding drives this company with a persistent motto "cost-cutting" even at the cost of quality of work and man power. Quality of employee is surprisingly extremely poor right upto senior manager level. Increments of negligible amount will dishearten you. This is not the company for talented freshers who think big and want to groom their career.
