Nice work environment for graduates, quite a bit to learn, but the R and D department is not so good, does not live up to the expectations

not so good for diploma holders, worse-than-garbage mess food, compulsory uniform, restrictions on mobiles, long shifts

Great coworkers. HR was actually approachable. Always something to do, flexible hours, and personally I was not micromanaged and trusted to make decisions. I was very lucky to have a knowledgeable yet entertaining boss.

Cons

Upper management does micromanage and does not seem to be aware of what is truly important running a profitable business. A large language barrier that can make others feel out of the loop. Secrecy of information that needs to be communicated. Compensation did not match the workload. Business decisions were not planned, but rather changed on a daily basis. Not focused on long term.
