I was here for 2.7Years as Embedded Engineer in Defence electronics Team, Was good learning experience here. If you are at starting point of career, then please join this organization, Stay here for 2 years Max. and MOVE fast for further growth. If You want to settle here, then you should join this organization after 10 years of exp.

Cons

Management is not proactive. They doesn't know the value of people and Employee ethics. Salary structure is also Poor.. Politics is as usual while promotions and appraisals. You will not get ON-SITE opportunity Here.

Great coworkers. HR was actually approachable. Always something to do, flexible hours, and personally I was not micromanaged and trusted to make decisions. I was very lucky to have a knowledgeable yet entertaining boss.

Cons

Upper management does micromanage and does not seem to be aware of what is truly important running a profitable business. A large language barrier that can make others feel out of the loop. Secrecy of information that needs to be communicated. Compensation did not match the workload. Business decisions were not planned, but rather changed on a daily basis. Not focused on long term.
