Pros

No day is the same. Constant changes in work and mission.

Cons

Management is unorganized and favoritism runs rampant. Their HR Department is the worst I have ever seen in a company. Clique mentality and unprofessional. They lack respect for workers and are quick to backstab. The management is generally shady and will lie to their workers faces just to get them to do something. NOT where you go to grow your career!

Great coworkers. HR was actually approachable. Always something to do, flexible hours, and personally I was not micromanaged and trusted to make decisions. I was very lucky to have a knowledgeable yet entertaining boss.

Cons

Upper management does micromanage and does not seem to be aware of what is truly important running a profitable business. A large language barrier that can make others feel out of the loop. Secrecy of information that needs to be communicated. Compensation did not match the workload. Business decisions were not planned, but rather changed on a daily basis. Not focused on long term.
