I Learn a lot from here. As a L&D intern at Bharat Forge, I have helped in logistics of various trainings including Posh & Behavioural. Upper Level management is really good. Also the employee benefits.

Cons

My mentor literally abused me verbally! She was so moody. As I was joined as an Intern for learning and development I worked for Employee exit analysis more. One mistake and she used to call me “Mad”, “Is this how they taught you in MBA?” etc. Just be aware of such people that experience was traumatic.

Great coworkers. HR was actually approachable. Always something to do, flexible hours, and personally I was not micromanaged and trusted to make decisions. I was very lucky to have a knowledgeable yet entertaining boss.

Cons

Upper management does micromanage and does not seem to be aware of what is truly important running a profitable business. A large language barrier that can make others feel out of the loop. Secrecy of information that needs to be communicated. Compensation did not match the workload. Business decisions were not planned, but rather changed on a daily basis. Not focused on long term.
