Extremely unprofessional customer service,I always have to chat with someone called Jakob,I don't know if that's even his real name,it looks like he doesn't have any desire of doing his job right,they will take hours to reply back and sometimes don't even reply the messages.

The goal to help people in need is a genuine one.

Cons

No tenable long term roadmaps, or scalability. Every employee is over worked, underpaid, and does not approve of upper management.
