Coffee in cafeteria is free

Cons

Manager over the claims department has NO claims experience and refuses to provide training to new examiners. Allows examiners to treat each other with disrespect; extremely toxic work atmosphere. Allows favorite examiners to refuse to pay claims during the week in order to get overtime on weekends.

Cafeteria in the building with pretty reasonable prices

Cons

Big ideas but no ability to institute Benefits are rough Need to drive by signs all around the company protesting it to come to work Very obvious old design based on celebration of the owners. Be in the office because they own it, Ostentatious office space for top execs but old and claustrophobic working space for everyone else. Good Ol' Boys Management that protects itself rather than enabling work. Things are broken enough that company is afraid of its systems and will not allow fixing the underlying problems
