      Good benefits, great colleagues, fun work environment. The students tend to be wealthy and know what they want, but will do the homework asked of them.

      Cons

      Few opportunities to move beyond part-time, management is more than willing to lay people off after the busy summer season.

      Good remote environment while not having a lot of micromanagement.

      Cons

      It's very hard to advance. Promotions seem very hand picked instead of basing them on merits.
