Great training for new Instructors but other factors start to affect satisfaction - Instructor Kaplan Employee Review

Management places too much respponsibility on staff, often around things that are completely out of one's control. Every pleaseant experience/activities is overshadowed by underlying threats. Management does not know how to motivate staff, efforts are often demotivating. Seems like corporate's influence is mostly negative, by threating, and demotivating onsite management while forcing them to give the staff the same treatment.
